The Desert

The desert is a vast sea of sand with very little plant life most of the years, but occasionally some heavy rains hit the dry area making it a paradise for a few short weeks. There isn’t much to hunt here and the place is not good to linger in. Its heat will kill those without water in an a few hours. A few nomad tribes move around here and camels are a common sight along with the Desert Loftwing that is typically free and wild…and very dangerous. Also many creatures that carry poison live here. You can take horses and normal loftwings here if you want to, but be warned they won’t last long if you’re unprepared.
